Job Summary:

The individual in this position is responsible for the production of rolled tubes using various equipment and methods, including Urethane Rollers, Brake Press, Multi-Stage Dies, Jet Line Seam Welder, and Hand Welding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality rolled tubes using a variety of equipment and methods.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with TIG welding.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and follow established processes.
  • Consistent attendance and employment record, with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in TIG Welding and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an infrequent basis.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, equivalency, or relevant experience/certifications.
