About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our auto service center, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake repairs and fluid exchanges
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, including wheel alignments and tire installations
  • Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and feedback about vehicle repairs
  • Document all work performed on repair orders and report any safety issues to management
  • Promote teamwork and deliver exceptional guest care during all operating hours
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs and fluid flushes
  • Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ASE Certification
  • Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
