Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to clients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing personalized treatment plans and promoting independence and functional improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions.
  • Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
