We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as instructed by the Nurse Case Manager and the client-specific care plan.
  • Perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with meal preparation and planning, light housekeeping, and errands.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including accompaniment to appointments and assistance with communication.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Nurse Case Manager or client care plan.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training.
