Job Summary

Curtis Lumber Co Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our retail building and surrounding facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system
  • Clean and dust displays, fixtures, and equipment
  • Maintain restrooms, including cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement in cleaning processes and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and health protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
