About This Opportunity

CareATC is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our team to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.

The ideal candidate will have primary care experience and be able to work alongside a physician and well-trained clinical assistants. We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner who can provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care and work 18 hours (2 days) per week on site.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • See children ages 2+
  • Provide virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate
  • Have experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
  • Be able to prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues
  • Hold a DEA license for prescribing and dispensing
  • Be able to pass on-site credentialing
  • Hold a current license in the state(s) where you will practice
  • Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards
  • Have a strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention
