About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Physical Therapist to practice to the top of their license and take on clinical development, career growth, and leadership training opportunities. Our facility offers a stable work environment, with in-house therapy teams and a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
  • Develop comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This position is open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels, including new graduates. Competitive pay rates will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
