Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements
  • Current, valid, and active registration or license per state requirements in the state of employment
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
