A Comprehensive Compensation Package

  • Load pay starts at 26% of the Line Haul, increasing to a maximum of 30% based on experience and performance.
  • Extra stops after the first cost $25 each.
  • Detention pay is $25/hour or more, after two hours, subject to variation by customer and job.
