- Mobile Grooming Operations: Operate our advanced grooming vehicle to provide services at client locations.
- Grooming Services: Deliver exceptional grooming services, including washing, brushing, cutting, and styling according to breed standards and client preferences.
- Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies to enhance local business presence and manage the implementation of these initiatives.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure grooming vans are well-maintained and serviced regularly, overseeing any required repairs.
- Appointment Coordination: Manage scheduling to optimize efficiency and ensure timely service delivery.
- Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with expertise in various grooming techniques and breed-specific styles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, capable of safely operating a grooming vehicle.
- Genuine passion for animal care and the ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with pet owners and deliver outstanding service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality grooming.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service schedules.
- Physical capability to handle and lift pets of all sizes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Certification from a recognized grooming school is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of grooming experience across various breeds is required.
- Experience in a supervisory role or a background in training and sales is advantageous.
