Rehabilitation Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care and services.
Job Summary:The Rehabilitation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care and support. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and services, and that our team is equipped to provide the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current license in good standing as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
