The Audiologist role offers an exciting opportunity to become an essential part of a well-established and growing team and contribute to delivering exceptional hearing healthcare services. This position requires a commitment to excellence, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the quality of life for those with hearing challenges.

Responsibilities:

* Providing comprehensive hearing services, including diagnostic audiological evaluations and hearing aid fittings for all ages
* Evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment and rehabilitation for individuals with tinnitus, vertigo, and ear disease
* Fitting and programming hearing aids based on diagnostic findings and patient needs
* Establishing effective rapport with patients, taking a pertinent case history assessing the patient's goals and concerns, performing a comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluation, and recommending the best hearing solution to meet the patient's needs
* Working with VA patients to test, fit and treat their hearing loss

Requirements:

* Master's degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology
* Oregon state license in Audiology or eligibility for licensure
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
* One (1) year of post-licensure experience in hearing aid dispensing and clinical audiology
* Detail-oriented and technically savvy
