Relationship Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team in Exton, PA. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

• Proactively generate leads and appointments to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, to identify and leverage resources to meet customer needs.
• Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue, leveraging tools and protocols to maximize business results.
• Act as an advocate for mass affluent clients and prospects, identifying trends and unique needs of the segment.

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with ability to position appropriately to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets.
