Program Description
The City of Winooski's Thrive After School and Summer Program provides an enriching experience for school-age children in grades K-5. As the Thrive Program Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping this program's success.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement a curriculum of engaging activities that foster academic and social skills
- Supervise and train staff to ensure a safe and compliant environment
- Collaborate with other departments to support program goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, along with relevant certifications or licenses
- Experience working with children in a leadership capacity

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $25.74 - $27.57 per hour

Work Schedule and Location
- Full-time schedule, 8 hour shifts
- In-person work location in Winooski
