Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment at our Gulford, ME facility. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and repair factory machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Understand and follow ISO 13485 standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with machine operators to optimize production levels and ensure high-quality products.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of product yield and waste.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and read machine blueprints and schematics.
Work Environment

This position requires prolonged periods of standing in a factory environment, frequent bending/squatting, and occasional sitting at a desk working on a computer. The ability to lift 50 pounds is also required.
