Your key responsibilities will encompass delivering exceptional service, organizing appointments, managing communications, and appropriately directing patients to the necessary resources. Collaboration with the administrative team and various departments is essential for achieving success in this position.

Working Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm, with the possibility of extended hours based on operational needs. On-call rotation may be required for weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective information flow between departments while maintaining patient care standards and confidentiality
  • Coordinating patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff members
  • Organizing patient records and documentation efficiently
  • Assisting patients with necessary paperwork and forms
  • Completing assigned special projects as needed
Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems is advantageous
  • ++Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus++
