Job SummaryCresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant health, and maintaining quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, and possess effective time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and other tasks as required
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality product
- Perform facility cleaning duties, including the safe disposal of waste
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest
- Experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
