Service Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our team at 1-Tom-Plumber Pittsburgh. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing high-quality plumbing work in a fast-paced emergency plumbing environment.

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Perform excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform high-quality plumbing work, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer's plumbing emergencies.

• 5 years minimum experience in service plumbing.
• Ability to consistently generate a minimum of $40,000 in revenue per month.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
