Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented Permanent Legal Associate to enhance our legal team. This role presents a unique chance for an attorney to engage with intricate legal issues across diverse fields including Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Defense, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate Law.

Key Responsibilities:
