Seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team in a travel assignment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in a high-acuity setting.
Job Details
• Clinical Overview: CABG, Valve Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery AMI, Heart Catherizations, Respiratory distress- Bipap use, chest tube insertions, arterial line insertions, PA catheter insertions, Targeted Temp Management, Use of epicardial & transvenous pacemakers
• Common Equipment: Bi pap, bedside monitor, epicardial pacemakers, accu checks machines, SCDs
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2, 1:1
• May float to ICU, PCU
Requirements
• Years of Experience: 2
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• Tele Interpretation
• Ventilators
• IV Insertion
• Computerized Charting
Preferred Qualifications
• High Freq Vents/Oscillators
• PA lines
• Dialysis
• ICP Monitoring
• Previous Travel
