Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembly Specialist to join our team at our Sumner location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite materials and a proven track record of working with complex components.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and trim composite components using pneumatic power tools
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand detailed instructions
- Capability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.30 - $24.00/hour (full time, non-exempt)

Work Hours: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am
Work Environment: Our Sumner location is a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Aerospace Assembly Specialist, you will work in a team-based setting with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and bend as well as stand and/or walk for 8 to 12 or more hours per day.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): We provide PPE to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.
