About the Role

Günther Maschinenbau, a leading manufacturer of technical solutions for the food industry and artisanal sector, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Communicator to join their team. With approximately 75 employees, the company focuses on developing and manufacturing machines and systems for curing, tumbling, and coating.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct worldwide telephone sales of machines and spare parts
  • Engage in outbound calls and active sales conversations
  • Process inquiries and create quotes
  • Pursue sales opportunities and follow up on leads
  • Take direct responsibility for sales and customers
Requirements
  • Enjoyment of sales and telephone customer contact
  • Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Negotiation skills and closing strength
  • Technical understanding
  • Solution- and goal-oriented work style
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken German and English
