Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Regional Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings within the hospital, including the Emergency Department, and will be required to float to different units as needed.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
