Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Developer to join our team at Resource Informatics Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using.NET technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist with development, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of multiple custom applications using software development best practices.
  • Design and create tools and frameworks to assist in the custom development process.
  • Review existing code, research, and implement software development best practices, build out automated unit testing, and maintain automated deployment processes to ensure successful delivery and operation of our custom applications.
  • Document requirements, processes, security, and issues as needed.
  • Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore developers to jointly develop custom applications to the requested specifications.
Requirements:
  • Experience in any programming languages, with C#, JavaScript, React, and PowerShell being a plus.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like.NET and cloud-based tools like Azure Portal and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of relational data and its use, with T-SQL or PL-SQL experience being a plus.
Skills:
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture and patterns.
  • Development tools like GIT, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Database structures and querying, with SSMS and Azure Data Studio being a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication skills to work with developers and non-developers alike.
