About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sleeper Assembler to join our team at HSM Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with a partner to assemble folding sleeper units, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble sleeper units by installing rivets, springs, and other parts.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Stack completed beds on pallets for efficient storage and transportation.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to be trained with hand tools and work with a partner.
