Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services in an orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures for orthopedic patients, ensuring accurate and diagnostic images.
  • Assist orthopedic providers with patient assessments and examinations, applying casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices as needed.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Educate patients on device care, mobility restrictions, and follow-up appointments, promoting excellent patient communication and education.
  • Perform phlebotomy, lab testing, and other basic nursing tasks as needed, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and track X-ray orders, ensuring timely completion and submission of images.
  • Assist patients with proper positioning during exams, ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
  • Review exam images for initial read by providers and send final images to radiology groups for over-read.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a certified Radiologic Technologist.
  • Indiana Residents Only: Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.
Education and License Requirements

High School Diploma or Its Equivalent

Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License, Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
