Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Class A truck driver to join our team for regional routes. The ideal candidate will have a strong driving record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $1,200-$1,400 per week, based on experience. This includes:

  • $650/week during training (4-6 weeks)
  • Mileage pay: $0.55-$0.65 per mile
  • Additional pay: $15 per stop
  • Paid orientation: $300
  • A comprehensive benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating a 53' Dry Van Trailer for regional routes
  • Completing pre-trip inspections and maintaining a clean vehicle
  • Meeting safety and performance standards
  • Communicating effectively with dispatch and other drivers
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL License
  • Have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training
  • Have held a driver's license for at least the last 12 months without major violations
  • Have a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years
  • Pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen
