Restaurant Crew Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Crew Member to join our team at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. As a critical part of our Restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling customer payments and making change
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
