About the Role- Oversee the daily operations of the Sleep Center, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with our Pulmonary and Critical Care team to provide comprehensive care to patients with sleep disorders.
- Participate in educational programs and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in sleep medicine.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
