We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Homemaker/Companion to provide non-medical home services to clients in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with household tasks essential for daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry services.
- Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Report changes in the client's condition and needs to the Supervising Homemaker.
- Provide dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance, as well as shopping services and light housekeeping.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and perform other related tasks as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience as a Homemaker/Companion or one year of experience assisting clients at home with meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and food preparation methods.
- Ability to operate household cleaning equipment and follow written and oral instructions.
- Valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.
This is a part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
