The Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents in a Christian environment. This role requires collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate care plans.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of resident needs and develop personalized care plans
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote self-care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- An active RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
