Lead Instrumentation Specialist

Integral Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Lead Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for calibrating, documenting, troubleshooting, and repairing/replacing instrumentation for systems that measure and control various process variables.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in electrical technology and instrumentation. You will work closely with our production teams to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities- Plan, estimate, and execute maintenance tasks on production instrumentation/equipment, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide expert technical support to all departments, including electronic troubleshooting and repair.
- A degree in Electrical Technology or a related field (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
- No less than 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and CMMS software.
- Advanced skills in tool usage and equipment operation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electric instruments and temperature/humidity controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience. The estimated salary for this role is $$$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
