About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our IT shared services team at ITOCHU Building Products Holdings, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company with numerous avenues for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with IT/Infrastructure teams and external partners to drive the proper and on-time sourcing of site surveys, hardware, and equipment.
  • Become a functional expert on our Infor Factory Track WMS application, working closely with our ERP support team and operations team.
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans in support of new WMS implementations for company locations, coordinating with peers in cross-functional teams.
  • Provide project estimates, testing, and presentations.
  • Monitor system testing and provide support during go-live.
  • Provide post-go-live support, handing off long-term support to the current team of business analysts.
  • Mentor project teammates, reviewing consulting, writing, speaking, presentation, and training skills.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude and network skills (routing/switching).
  • Strong operational process focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Willingness and flexibility to adjust to alternate work hours as occasionally required to support locations in different time zones across the United States and Canada.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different facilities in support of rollouts and/or general team development.
