  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of facility technicians responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of various facilities, including water treatment plants, electrical infrastructure, gas delivery systems, and manufacturing areas.
    • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the management of facilities, including planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing, and participating in the work of staff responsible for facilities maintenance.
    • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Participate in the preparation and administration of the facilities budget, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure all facilities are maintained in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
