Biostatistician

We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician to join our team at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research. As a Biostatistician, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large-scale data and developing statistical models to understand the complex interplays between the brain and environment in the context of human development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement statistical analyses using R programming language to analyze multimodal neuroimaging and genetic data.
• Format and process multi-modal, longitudinal data for integrated statistical analyses and produce data QC reports.
• Collaborate with a multi-institution team to develop and apply advanced statistical methods for analyzing complex data.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in computational language, either R or Python.
• Background in applied statistics and high-dimensional data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellence in large-scale, population-level data analysis.
• Experience in developing methods for high-dimensional data.
• Experience in analyzing multivariate longitudinal and survival data.
• Experience in Neuroimaging and Genomics.
