Job Overview

Vodastra is seeking an experienced Information Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

About the Role

This 12+ month position will be responsible for IT Compliance Analyst, Documentation and evaluation of key IT controls for SOX and IT Compliance, Coordination of internal/external audit requests, Collection and dissemination of audit documentation, report to the Sr. Manager, Information Security & IT Compliance and work closely with Internal Audit, External Audit and all IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Compliance Analysis: Evaluate and document key IT controls for SOX and IT Compliance.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audit requests to ensure seamless execution.
  • Audit Documentation: Collect and disseminate audit documentation to stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Report to the Sr. Manager, Information Security & IT Compliance on audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Information Systems or CIS (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate IT controls and provide recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
