Job Summary:
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Long Term Care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage and oversee the nursing staff, including registered nurses, nursing assistants, and therapists
- Collaborate with the facility's administrator to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Recruit and hire qualified nursing staff to meet the needs of the facility
Requirements:
- Experience as a Director or Assistant Director of a Long Term Care facility
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Experience with budget management and staff recruitment
