Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a dedicated tanker yard jockey to join our team. As a tanker yard jockey, you will be responsible for moving trailers within the yard, loading and unloading liquid chemical from tankers, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Move trailers within the yard to ensure efficient operations
  • Load and unload liquid chemical from tankers using pumps and hoses
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the safe operation of equipment
  • Collaborate with other drivers and yard personnel to achieve daily goals

Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Tanker and HazMat endorsements required at time of hire
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
  • Live within 30 miles of Monaca, PA
