We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Surgical Prep and Recovery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to promote their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN license in the state of Idaho.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients.
