This individual will be responsible for purchasing and managing products for Amazon (FBM and FBA), and ensuring a cohesive and appealing product line across our 18 John Deere retail locations, website, Amazon, and Walmart channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase products for Amazon (FBM and FBA) that align with our brand values and target markets.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent, high-quality product line across all sales channels, including in-store, website, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Analyze customer demand, industry trends, and competitor offerings to curate a relevant and attractive product selection.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and store teams to ensure cohesive product displays and promotional strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon (FBM and FBA) selling strategies and marketplace dynamics, as well as experience with Walmart marketplace and e-commerce platforms.

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission structure to reward successful sales and profitable product selection.

We are a family-owned business that started in 1963 as a John Deere dealership serving the agricultural industry around Lake Okeechobee and have grown to 18 locations covering South and Central Florida.

We serve a wide range of customers from some of the largest agricultural producers of sugar, citrus, and vegetables to individual farmers, golf courses, nurseries, commercial landscape management companies, and construction businesses, as well as large and small property owners.
