Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Care Center. As a skilled nursing professional, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor residents' conditions, providing professional nursing care in accordance with care plans and doctor's orders.

• Coordinate resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge, completing required documentation in accordance with government regulations and company policies.

• Perform assessment functions, identifying changes in residents' physical or psychological conditions.

• Ensure nursing history is present in medical records for all residents.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents, preferably in a Skilled Nursing environment.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Colorado.

• Current valid CPR certification.
