The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as MLRS Repairers. As a key member of our artillery systems team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex surface-to-surface launchers, ensuring they are battle-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MLRS systems, including the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and self-propelled launcher-loader.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic assemblies to identify and resolve issues.
- Test and adjust firing, guidance, and launch systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace or repair faulty components, including missile mounts, platforms, and launch mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of schematics, drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to operate, test, and maintain complex weapons systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Training and DevelopmentAs an MLRS Repairer, you will undergo comprehensive training that includes 10 weeks of Basic Training and 19 weeks of classroom instruction. You will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to perform your duties effectively and safely.
