About the Job

This position involves assisting in the development, updating, analyzing, and managing GIS data for transmission line utility services. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver GIS data and services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret land and right-of-way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses for GIS data management.
  • Understand and interpret easement agreements to ensure accurate GIS mapping and data management.
  • Assist with GIS mapping and updating easement data using various software packages and information from multiple sources.
  • Work with field personnel to create GIS maps supporting their work and deliverables.
Key Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in GIS, geography, environmental science, or a closely related natural science field.
  • Experience working in ArcPro and AGOL.
  • Basic GIS skills, including data analysis abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
