Job Overview

This REMOTE position, located in the USA, is an excellent opportunity to work with Provident Research Inc. as a dedicated Functional Source (embed) team member. Our client, a major manufacturer of Medical Devices, requires a professional to manage clinical activities at multiple study sites and foster strong relationships within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Medical Devices and be responsible for managing clinical study activities for multiple sites in single or several Clinical Projects. This includes overseeing performance, conducting site visits, monitoring, communication, and deliverables for assigned study sites.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including:

The successful candidate will require a Bachelor Degree and relevant industry certifications (CCRA, RAC, CDE). Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with investigators and site staff
  • Monitor patient safety on-site and address protocol violations
  • Perform on-site visits in accordance with the monitoring plan
  • Conduct on-site study-specific training (if applicable)
  • Perform site facilities inspection
  • Monitor and maintain ICH-GCP compliance
