We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the CARE Center. The successful candidate will provide primary and specialty nursing care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, including acute care services.
- Practice with a variety of specialty-based populations, including neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
- Participate in quality monitoring through the review of records and treatment plans for patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provide health education and promote disease prevention and health promotion.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Licensed as an RN in the State of Ohio and national certification as a nurse practitioner.
- Current certificate of authority and certificate to prescribe (or eligible) by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- ACLS or PALS certification may be required based on practice setting.
