Real Estate Services Coordinator

As a Real Estate Services Administrator at CBRE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to tenants and vendors. This role is part of the Property Management job function, where you will operate buildings on behalf of a client or group.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist management with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, filing, and copying.
- Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.
- Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items, open, coordinate, and monitor the status of work assigned to vendors.
- Review internal lease administration documents, such as lease abstracts, and coordinate lease administration activities, including lease setup, lease changes, reporting, and more.
- Prepare tenant bills and submit them for approval.
- Help with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Submit invoices for payment and purchase orders by inputting them into the accounting system.
- Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
- Recognize and tackle typical and atypical problems that can occur in your work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and more.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- General math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
