Your Responsibilities

As a full-time Warehouse Associate, you will be the initial point of contact for our bustling business. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, and you should feel comfortable engaging with all levels of personnel, including retail customers, warehouse staff, and management. We take pride in our workforce and our commitment to serving our customers effectively.

Key Duties

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs.
  • Perform heavy lifting (75+ lbs).
  • Process retail sales transactions accurately.
  • Utilize Windows-based ERP software and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Assist in order picking, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing shipments.
  • Maintain regular communication with management to address and resolve issues.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
  • Previous warehouse or counter experience is advantageous.
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screening.
