Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
