We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Fayetteville, NC. This office provides hospice care to clients on a per visit basis throughout Hoke and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and comfort care.
  • Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary.
  • Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
Qualifications
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NC.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
