Recreation Supervisor

• Assign job duties to associates and lead by example as a shift leader
• Oversee department cleanliness and organization to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Ensure all standards are met, from guest satisfaction to operational excellence
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and poise
• Train and develop associates to reach their full potential

• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality setting
• Strong passion for customer service and conflict resolution
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Vast knowledge of recreational activities and local attractions

• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing and mobility
• Lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill ski equipment handling tasks
